Young people under 18 years must bring a completed form in which their parents give written permission to participate in the meeting. In form, the name of a supervisor mentioned legally responsible for them during their stay and for decisions regarding medical treatment that may be necessary. People living within the European Union must bring their European Health Insurance Card for reimbursement of medical expenses.
Make sure your vaccinations up-to-date, especially for measles, mumps, rubella and pertussis, as well as tetanus and polio. If you recently had a contagious disease, make sure that you are no longer contagious before your arrival in Rotterdam.
There will be a first aid station at Ahoy (Plaza) during the meeting.
