Former Minister of Health Achmad Sujudi, big chance to run behind bars disappear in a possible corruption case. During his tenure he has 105 billion rupiah (7.7 million euros) in damages from the state caused by a project to outsource, but the candidates themselves immediately be identified. The prosecutor in the corruption court said that the then Minister of Health Sujudi PT. Kimia Farma immediately pointed out as the supplier for a project to eastern Indonesia and the Indonesian Red Cross. This was not the standard pre-selection which is standard for such contracts.
