From October 18 to 21 at the Palais des Papes in Avignon, FAV Health will bring together 250 researchers, companies and experts from some forty nations to take stock of the impact of the consumption of fruit and vegetables on human health. Through an interdisciplinary approach to the subject, FAV Health offers the broadest scientific forum ever given to fruits and vegetables.

Every two years, this international conference addresses all current research presented by agronomists, physiologists, nutritionists, technologists, biologists, doctors, chemists, biochemists, economists, sociologists ... and updates the nutritional recommendations of interest to physicians and the general public.
